Resolved Adding agent and get "Error Save failed with the following error: Invalid thumb size received: 100" with any image

Please help. I was able to add agents with images a week ago but today I get

Error
Save failed with the following error: Invalid thumb size received: 100

even if I select an agent image from a week ago. Please help
