How I can add a white background to the component area to make joomla article looks better?

past this css in your custom.css file:

#sp-main-body-wrapper #main-body{

    padding: 50px 30px;

    box-sizing: border-box;

    background: #fff;

    -webkit-border-radius: 0 0 5px 5px;

    -moz-border-radius: 0 0 5px 5px;

    border-radius: 5px 5px 0 0;

}
